The same ways in which I was blessed to be opened to experiences that widened my vision on art and life, I would love to do the same for anyone open to my work, through my work.
SahFyhr's artistic range is quite eclectic and stems from her love of doing henna body art. She translates its application into various techniques including edible art, paintings and quilling - an intricate paper art.
Hailing from Port of Spain, Trinidad, she has been focused on practicing these particular art forms over the past three years, but she has been an artist all her life. Her work is inspired by love, colour and the diversity of culture. She hopes that when people view her work, they experience the love she puts into her pieces, and more importantly, hopes that they see that the embrace of diversity can be beautiful and cohesive, not just in art but amongst ourselves as well.
Her most notable achievement was having her works displayed at the National Museum of Trinidad and Tobago. It is her dream that her art career makes way for her to share her creative vision on a bigger scale, to give hope to those who are less fortunate, limited in their opportunities and marginalised by society.
